3rd Grade+ (U9-U19)

The PSC Recreational program is the non-competitive division designed for players looking to play soccer on a local team that is focused on fun and learning. Players do not attend tryouts and are assigned to teams coached by parent volunteers.

Starting in 3rd grade (U9), PSC Rec teams participate in Jack London Youth Soccer League, which combines several other soccer clubs in the area. Games take place locally in Oakland, Piedmont, Alameda, Berkeley and El Cerrito, with around 10 games played in the fall season. Practices are once a week in the fall only, with the volunteer coach.

The Fall season lasts from early September to the third weekend of November. If the team has fulfilled their referee requirement, they have the option to participate in the Jack London tournament, which takes place in November to finish off the season in style!

The shorter Spring season runs from early April through early June, and does not include practices.
